To understand 322 and skull  & bones we must start in scripture For again this is another example of a spiritual battle against God by  those who believe they can be a god and act and rule as such. The Devil is a lair and a murderer from the beginning. . 

John 8:44 

44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.  322 is a Bible Verse 

Genesis 3:22 

22 And the Lord God said, “The man has now become like one of us,knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live

forever.”.  Verse has to do with the fall of Man in the garden. and how man was now cursed yet God did not want man to remain in that condition forever.  He would provide Jesus as the sacrifice needed to redeem man. Remember the Fall  is the acceptance of the Serpents lie.  The Skull and the bones represent the myth of OSIRIS of egypt  and Baal which is kept alive by the  Kabbalah the holders of the beliefs of Egypt and Babylon. Genesis 3 Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?”

2 The woman said to the serpent, “We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, 3 but God did say, ‘You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’”

4 “You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. 5 “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”
